so, Tell me, How did it start again?

It's 4pm on a sunny spring Sunday sometime in the early to mid 2010s. A soft breeze comes through the thin white curtains of my childhood home's open dining room windows. I'm sitting at the table in a onesie, not wanting to touch the cold hardwood floors with my feet. I hear my brother riding his dirtbike in the field as I play a game on Hypixel by myself on my Mom's clunky laptop, running Windows 8, with nothing but a trackpad. Mickey is laying in his giant dogbed in the living room, biting his foot. In a few hours, I'll go to church, play soccer in the churchyard, dance and sing to songs I don't feel connected to, and come back home at dark. Home is an 100-year-old farmhouse with hesitant half-painted walls inside, sat next to a bustling major highway. The man who built it died a decade ago in my parents' bedroom. We have many chickens, ducks, rabbits, cats, dogs, fruit and nut trees that we eat from. A giant Oak rests in the center of it all. Snakes, mice, and many bugs house themselves with us, in the attic, the plumbing, and under the floorboards in the giant dark expanse of the house's foundation.

My childhood really can't be described as anything but chronically online. I've always used the internet as a comfort from reality, as my head reels from my own existence, not even mentioning how I feel about every single person (ever) having their own intricate lives. Anyways I used to listen to sad nightcore and cry about this, so maybe my life is looking up now.
